Pleasant, although did not see much difference
Besides this really prepping my skin for my skincare on top, I did not see much difference with my skin after an entire bottle (which took me just under 3 months to get through) so the plus side, is very long-lasting and a little goes a long way. I do have slightly sensitive skin and some days of using this product it stung a little but nothing major. Smells lovely, and lovely and lightweight to really press it onto the skin. However, dropped a star due to the fact I did not see much difference in my skin considering I stuck by it through the entire bottle.

I love the texture, it's silky and extremely lightweight. It absorbs into the skin quickly and is a little tacky on the skin, meaning it would be great under makeup. It gives my skin a gentle shot of hydration whilst leaving it glowing and radiant. My pores appear smoother and a little less visible. I love how smooth to the touch my skin feels.

Introduce carefully
I’ve given 4 stars because I was under the impression that the product would be suitable for all skin types. However, on my dry/sometimes sensitive skin, I wish I’d been a bit more wary. I started using the product both AM/PM (about 3-4 good drops) and my skin felt sore after the first day. And then I broke out around my chin also so stopped using for about a week. I’ve reintroduced by using only PM 2 good drops and all good so far… I’d never used an essence before so as some advice, go easy at first! It felt like just patting some water on the face which I think partially led me to use too much each time. My skin does feel less tight and more nourished after following with my other products (HA and moisturisers plus sleep mask occasionally). I personally found using the essence beneath more than one serum before moisturising too much, but that’s my skin. The bottle the product comes in is glass and heavy, it feels like something special and I’m now looking forward to trying the cleansing balm which I’ve waited so long to come back into stock!

Belongs to my top 3 essence
I've tried many essences and usually, they are too thick or don’t give the desired amount of hydration. Essence is feeling light but super hydrating for your skin.
