I'd heard amazing things about the CEO Glow serum so I thought I'd give this one a go. The INCREDIBLY strong smell (it smells like blue algae) is off-putting. I could get past it if I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin, but I haven't seen any reduction in fine lines or dramatically improved appearance. I'll finish the bottle, but I will definitely be buying a retinol alternative moving forward - there are plenty of better options on the market!

I first bought this purely for the retinol. But didn’t feel it had enough of a retinol punch, especially as I had previously used stronger retinol. So I wasn’t fussed. Bought another brand of retinol, but due to the pandemic, I couldn’t repurchase my new retinol. Long story! Anyway, I bought Sunday Riley A+ which is stronger, and I felt that product worked well for me, alternating with good genes. So after some time, I started putting a few drops of Luna mixed with CEO glow on top of tidal as my final step. I finally I've found the perfect combo for me. I find the scent of Luna to be very relaxing, it makes my skin feel so soft in the mornings. On the nights I don’t use it, I can tell the difference the next morning. I have combo skin and have searched far and wide for a skincare routine that suits my skin. And I find this a lovely little bonus retinol product. I’m very hard to please when it comes to skincare, I don’t like overpriced gimmicks, and I won’t be conned into thinking the more expensive product is the best. I think the thing to remember is to introduce any product gradually and use little product. I personally find this not a must-have, as that’s marketing hyped term, but certainly, it’s good to have and does deliver benefits. I like it, but each to their own, as we all have our own unique skin type. And there’s no such thing as a perfect product, it’s about what works for you. Side note, I bought the smaller size and it has lasted me ages, so on balance, it’s a reasonably priced product (within reason) depending on what’s affordable to you

Good oil for oily/ acne prone skin
I’m oily / acne-prone so very wary of oils but this one has worked wonders. I use it every other night and it hasn’t broken me out at all. It is expensive but it lasts - a little goes a very long way. I would even go as far as saying it’s transformed my skin. I just ordered the bigger bottle.

Lovely oil
Lovely oil, not a very pleasant smell that disappears within seconds. Makes skim feel soft and relaxed. Slight improvement on pores and marks but would not say it does as much as it should.

Love it
On my third bottle. I am in my mid 50's. I love this stuff. Rich without using heavy cream, sinks in easy doesn't clog pores. I like the smell-it is herby?.I have quite sensitive skin so it calms it and tones down redness whilst being nourishing.It has really improved my overall skin texture. Not sure if I wanted to reduce finelines or tighten it would be the correct product but in conjunction with other products its great. Thanks Sunday Riley.

The Best Oil I have ever used
This oil is genuinely the best oil I have ever used!!! In fact, it’s the best face product I have ever used!! It is incredible, it honestly transformed my skin within a few days! Brightened my complexion, my skin is smoother, it has stopped all spots and redness and everyone comments on how great my skin looks. It leaves you waking up with a fresh face and it feels great too! This teamed with the good genes serum for the morning is honestly incredible. I have been using it since April and will never look back. Also yes, it smells but only when you open it and for a few moments and you’ll get over it.

Worth the Hype!
The bottle says to use for four weeks and four weeks later my skin texture has completely changed. This product is a no brainer for me as I love using an oil, I have very sensitive skin, I get breakouts and was looking to start using retinol. I was told that you have to really rub it into your skin so that the blue doesn’t come off on your pillow but I did not have this problem at all. The blue disappears as soon as it touches my skin. I quite like the smell and I certainly am used to it now after four weeks. Excited to keep using this!

Very happy
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I cannot sing its praises enough. My skin feels smooth and hydrated and colleagues have commented on how bright my complexion is looking. I occasionally suffered from small breakouts along my jawline but they have stopped! My skin hasn’t looked this good in ages. The smell isn’t 100% amazing, but I’m glad Sunday Riley hasn’t tried to disguise the scent with unnecessary ingredients which wouldn’t serve to improve the actual quality of the product. Very happy.
