Founded in 2016 by stylist to the stars Jen Atkins, OUAI (that's pronounced 'way') translates to 'yes'. Encouraging you to say yes to letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing imperfections, the brand offers an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach to hair care. The OUAI Detox Shampoo Refill Pouch (946ml) offers the ultimate deep clean for a full-head refresh.

The reset your locks have been longing for, OUAI Detox Shampoo Refill Pouch (946ml) helps to cleanse away dirt, excess oil and product build-up (we're looking at you, dry shampoo).

If shampoo was a car wash service (bear with us here), this would be the equivalent of a full valet. A once-a-week option, its gentle formula boasts apple cider vinegar to help cut through product build-up and neutralise shine-compromising hard water deposits while hydrolysed keratin works to support brittle or heat-weakened tresses. Expect to be left with hair that feels soft, silky and ready for action. Infused with the brand's signature 'Melrose Place' fragrance, a harmony of rose, lychee, bergamot, cedarwood and white musk is the perfect final flourish.

Thoroughly wet your hair from root to tip with lukewarm water. Squeeze out any excess moisture and lather a coin-sized dollop of Detox Shampoo in your palms. Use your fingers to part the hair and apply the product as close to the scalp as possible. Let it work its magic for one to three minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Transparency lies at the heart of our philosophy which is why we have partnered with tech-platform – Provenance – to cut through the industry ‘noise’ and equip you with key facts that matter. A 'proof point' with a green tick means a third party has verified the accuracy of the statement whereas no green tick means that there isn't independent confirmation (yet!), but that the brand has still supplied substantiating evidence (which you can view yourself).
