Favourite Moisturiser

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love this moisturiser, it feels lightweight but hydrating. I do have dry sensitive skin and this has not caused any reaction. I find that it sinks into my skin well but also gives a lovely glow, I haven't been wearing foundation so this is a great bonus! It is expensive but I only need a small amount and it lasts me a while. I have tried other moisturisers but I keep going back to this one.

Perfect

This moisturiser is amazing. It really helped clear up my skin within 3 days which I was so impressed with! Great texture and helps give a healthy glow.

Broke me out like no other product

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I purchased it hoping it would rescue my dry skin during winter time but it has only made it worse. The smell is unpleasant and the cream itself looks like it would last 2 weeks at most. I should probably say that I have tried a lot of moisturisers over the past few years and nothing has ruined my skin as bad as this product. I'm still trying to recover from using it, blackheads, and pimples don't seem to want to go away.

Disappointing

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really love the soaps and marula oil so I was very much looking forward to try. And whilst it is a nice moisturiser I have run out after not even 2 months (sometimes only using it in the evening). I actually thought the pump was broken so I opened it to check and it was indeed empty. But what I found utterly annoying was the size of the actual container holding the moisturised. Maybe half the size of the outer container. Yes, it does say 50ml but the packaging is completely misleading and I really don't like that. I have also never run that quickly out of 50ml moisturiser.

Broke me out

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really wanted to like this moisturiser but it keeps breaking me out. I used it once and 3 hours later I had 3 spots on my face. So I decided to try again a week later when my skin cleared up and it did the exact same thing. I have combination skin but I've never used a product that's broken me out in spots that quickly or frequently. Overall, a very underwhelming product for the price.

Great moisturizer

I have a combo skin type and this moisturizer gave me the right amount of hydration without greasing my skin. My skin is also acne-prone and this helped soothing it.

Worth every penny

This is such a lovely moisturiser. It is the perfect texture - nourishing but never oily. It is my go-to and leaves my skin smooth, hydrated, and firm. I can see myself re-buying for a long time.

Great moisturiser

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is the perfect moisturiser. It feels so nourishing and moisturising but lightweight at the same time. The texture is gorgeous - it sinks into the skin so quickly and leaves behind a beautiful glow. If you have really dry skin, this might be too light for you as I have combination skin but my skin looks so plump and dewy immediately after using this. I have been using it for a couple of months now and my skin feels much stronger and firmer. I love all of DE's packaging but the pump on this is so convenient and feels a lot more hygienic.

Absolute winner

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is THE moisturiser. I have repurchased a few times and couldn't be without it. A little goes a long way, I think the pump gives a little too much product for me personally. I have used this and Lala Retro and would definitely choose this out of the two.

Do not use on oily skin

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really wanted to love this moisturiser, but after two weeks of use my skin has broken out all over my chin and cheeks - worst breakout I’ve had for 15 years. Definitely avoid this if you have oily and/or acne-prone skin - something in this is definitely comedogenic. Now will be a very expensive body moisturiser.
