Love

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I’ve repurchased this moisturiser so many times I absolutely love it! I have dry skin and I use this as a night cream alongside the B-Hydra serum and it’s a lovely combo. I will say it does run out quite quickly and I only use one pump a day but lovely moisturiser nonetheless

Not worth the price

Completely average and unimpressive moisturiser. Not worth the price, greasy, but has nice packaging.

Lovely but lasted less than 3 weeks!

Just finished my first pot and really enjoyed it. Though I haven't been able to use it long enough to see the "firming" effects. It's some kind of cream, gel hybrid which I love but my combo skin eats it up! I often have this issue with gel consistencies which unfortunately is what I prefer. I'm considering repurchasing and using it underneath a more basic moisturiser so I get the peptides, but might go for a serum instead. A similar product on the market offers a refill option, that would be great if DE could do the same. I would be much more inclined to repurchase. If you're dry skinned you'll probably get through this fast! If you're more conservative with moisturisers this is worth a try!

Worth every penny

Honestly the best face cream I’ve used, worth every penny!  I tried out the travel size and then immediately purchased the full size

I hate that I love this 🥲

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Okay y'all I hate Drunk Elephant's clean beauty/suspicious six million fear mongering and that whole terrible customer service thing they had a few years ago, and yet this disgustingly expensive moisturizer is so legit good that I have purchased it twice. You don't need this if you're in your 20s or early 30s. But if you're just past 35 - as I have found myself to be - need something lightweight + nourishing and gel moisturizers aren't cutting it anymore in the hydration department (fare thee well neutrogena hydroboost, we had a good run) - this is it. Just don't stan DE.

Overrated

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I gave this a try as I have very dry, acne prone skin and everyone raves about it. With the heavy price tag I really wanted to love it but it just wasn’t for me. It hardly gave any hydration, soaped up when I tried to rub it in and it just didn’t do anything great for me. So disappointed :(

My favorite cream! Repurchase every time it runs out.

Plays well with other products

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I didn't think this was anything special when I first tried it, but a couple of samples later I realised it was actually really useful. It has a lovely consistency and absorbs well on my combination skin (acne-prone but also dry in patches, and occasionally sensitive), but the key thing is how well it plays with other products and makeup, with no pilling or stinging. A slow burner but will definitely be a regular purchase for me!

3rd purchase

I like this moisturiser a lot! I only used at night to deal with the ever so slight dehydration lines from forgetting to drink water. It works. Skin feels well fed in the morning.
