Lives up to the hype
I’ll admit I first tried this moisturiser with high expectations; I’d seen so much hype about Drunk Elephant that I was concerned this was just another trendy, well-marketed brand without the products to back up the buzz. I’m so happy that I was completely wrong! I have middle-aged, combination skin (whoever decided I should still get spots in my mid 40s is *so* not invited to my birthday party) with a really oily T-zone but really parched cheeks and I’ve found it very difficult to find any product that caters to both. Well, this does! I am less oily, my hyperpigmentation is reduced and my skin feels soft, plump and no longer like the Gobi desert. I am a total convert to Drunk Elephant and am now acquiring the entire brand (which is harder than you might think, because certain products are so popular they will only stay in stock for minutes at a time!). If you’re on the fence I strongly suggest giving this moisturiser a go: I could not be happier with the results.

Very good hydrating cream. Love that it is fragrance free. It did a good job moisturizing my skin at night but way too heavy as a day cream. Won't repurchase. Didn't feel like it was worth the extra buck as other brands provide the same for less.

I've been using this morning and night now for a couple of weeks and I'm really enjoying it! It's lightweight and sinks in quickly but also gives my skin a slight tingly burn sensation (with zero irritation!) which makes me feel like it's doing something? Skin feels softer and clearer

Beautiful anti-ageing cream
I am very impressed by this cream so far, it has reduced the appearance of my forehead lines within DAYS! I am using this twice daily, in conjunction with The Ordinary's Agireline solution and their 2% retinol (every other night) but I didn't really see any major changes until I started using this cream. The cream looks quite rich and creamy at first but it leaves my skin dry to the touch and doesn't leave any greasy residue, which is great for my oily skin. Be sure to rub it in properly as it may leave a white cast otherwise. Point deduction for the packaging: While I appreciate that it's super hygienic, it doesn't allow me to choose how much I want to dispense each time. The amount that comes out with one pump is just a bit much for my whole face. I use the rest on my neck but I would rather be able to control how much I use so I can make this (very pricey) cream last as long as possible. I have read in other reviews that the tub didn't last very long and I suspect that is the reason.
