Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I can definitely notice a difference when i use this on wash day. I usually straighten my hair daily (naturally curly and can’t accept it) but since using this I can go longer between straightening. I have however noticed my hair feeling a bit more crunchy recently (but more brittle) but not sure if that’s because I’m using less serum/oil than i normally would because i’m using this.
