Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. This was recommended to me by my hairdresser to help with the the increasing number of frizzy grey hairs I have. I really think it helps!
