4Brought this to use before the pre shampoo, as it suggests you use it on damp hair, so I use this instead of getting my hair damp! On my second bottle and leaves my hair super smooth!Â

Strong squirty bottle
4Now this product does the job it says it will but my main criticism is the delivery method. The bottle has a strong stream rather than a spritz. When I squirt the bottle it tends to go right through a handful of hair (and I have thick hair) so I feel I'm using more than necessary. It is a nice product though and it definitely a weekly staple for a bit of TLC.

Olaplex brings results!
5Since discovering Olaplex at the salon a few years ago my hair has never been healthier. I regularly bleach my hair, and struggle with frizz and dryness, but weekly treatment with Olaplex products makes a noticeable difference. I love the No0 because it's so easy to use, and doesn't take long to soak in, so you can still use it when you're short on time. I find it pairs really well with other treatments too - the perfect start to your hair care routine when you do have the time to go through all the stages for an extra bit of gloss.

4It wasn’t mentioned in the product description here on cult beauty (at the time of buying at least) that this should be used followed by no.3 ahead of showering, so I was a bit disappointed to read as much on the bottle when it arrived. However, I started using this on its own (on my dyed hair) before showing, and do think my hair has been improving! I’ve also now got a miniature of no.3 I am occasionally following no.0 with, but even before that I did get told my hair was looking healthier since using no.0 (and I agree!) ! An improvement point is that using the product would be nicer if it sprayed as more of a mist.

Lifesaver
5Recently had a balayage to lighten my very dark hair. I knew that it was a risk but wasn’t expecting my hair to be so dry. The combination of No 0 and No 1 …perfect! Leaves my hair soft and shiney!Â

5The only way the NR3 Olaplex works is if I use it with this spray!Â

Amazing
5Definitely made my hair stronger. Stopped my fine hair from breaking. I mostly noticed a difference after around 1 month of use and when I spotted using the product so I had to repurchase.Â
