Excellent it does not budge!
This product is excellent, is waterproof and does not budge/smudge once dry. I used to buy it from QVC and the colour blonde and universal taupe were sold out, that tells you something, then I bought it from Boots but they also kept selling out and long delays in getting new stock in. Thank goodness for Cult Beauty, please DO NOT stop stocking this item for it is the best on the market. Apply, use the spooley brush to comb through and let it dry. You have amazing natural looking brows which are budge proof and last til you take them off. Thank you Cult Beauty.
