This chunky pencil from {Anastasia Beverly Hills} is an instant eye opener! Quick and easy to use, it brightens the orbital area in seconds thanks to light reflective particles, which counteract shadows and give the illusion of wide-awake eyes. Available in two colourways - Camille/Sand has a pearl highlighter that's perfect for paler skin-tones, while Shell/Lace has a golden shimmer that's gorgeous against tanned or olive complexions. A brilliant quick fix, keep this on hand and get drawing attention.
Anastasia's Highlighting Duo Pencil is a nifty, double-ended pencil with both matte and shimmer highlighters, to widen the eye area and fake a 'lift' without surgery. Use the matte pencil during the day - drawn along the brown bone and dotted in the inner corner of the eye - to subtly illuminate and give the impression of perkier peepers. Then ramp up the wow factor with the shimmering pencil, which imparts luminosity and a chic, satin finish without the dreaded 'school disco' glitter effect.
After applying foundation apply either the Matte or Shimmer highlighter directly along the brow bone underneath the brow hairs. Blend upward and outward using the index finger. It's also perfect to dot in the inner corner, between the eye and nose to to help you look more alert.

Nice but not brilliant
I liked the product initially but it’s not so soft after a while. Won’t be repurchasing. Also isn’t very pigmented.
