19/99 Beauty Precision Colour Pencil 1g (Various Shades)

Pushing youthfulness off its pedestal, 19/99 Beauty affirms that beauty is ageless. Whether you're 19 or 99, co-founders Stephanie Spence and Camille Katona set out to create performance-oriented products for those who aren't concerned about what is considered 'age-appropriate.' Producing beauty staples that harness hard-working ingredients, the brand dreams up the Precision Colour Pencil (1.1g), a multipurpose formula that adds a pop of colour to any look, whether that be on your eyes, face or lips.

19/99 Beauty's Precision Colour Pencil (1.1g) is pining for a spot in your make up bag.

Designed to be used as an all-over face colour, you can scribble it on your cheeks (yes, you read that right), glide it over your lips or define your lids. Boasting a highly pigmented formula, it leaves a creamy matte finish in its wake. Though it's creamy enough to be a lipstick and blendable enough to be used as a blush, its precision tip allows you to draw graphic lines. Plus, it's available in an array of neutral to bright shades; the hard part is picking where to start...
