Boasting a highly pigmented formula, it leaves a creamy matte finish in its wake. Though it's creamy enough to be a lipstick and blendable enough to be used as a blush, its precision tip allows you to draw graphic lines. Lipstick: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil or use a brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with a gloss for a dewy effect.
Lip Liner: Line lips with the pencil and finish with gloss or lip colour of choice.
Eyeliner: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with a brush for a smokey effect or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear.
Eyeshadow: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or a brushto diffuse colour.
Blush/Contour: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or a brush to diffuse colour.
Highlight: Use a light-coloured pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid's bow or brow bone.

My Niece's fave
My 18 year old niece is "in love" with this pencil for her lips (shade neutra). I've already bought her two now (she lost one!), so this was a third as it's her birthday coming up. She cannot talk highly enough and she is a lip queen.

Love the 19/99 pencils that I've tried thus far. Love that they are multi use. Easy lay down, no tugging, pulling, rich saturation of colour. My only disappointment with this is that it blends too pink (sore eye), but as a pure liner or with minimal blending I love the colour. Do not mind the more pink if used on lips. Overall loving everything from this brand so far.

OLD SCHOOL
I'm slightly obsessed with this pencil- I had one in a gift box or something that I believe came from the CB and it was in my drawer forever till I got around to it and oh, boy- this is probably my third repurchase. It is simple, it is straightforward old school style sharpened pencil, which is still my favourite type- sharp and precise but soft enough not to tug and BARNA colour is just a perfect dark brown ever. I always have one as a back up!

I LOVE this product. It blends so easily to create a beautiful blue eye shadow, but also is a great dark liner. I love these products from 19/99 and love this colour in particular

I received "neutra" in the cult beauty goodie bag so I used it as a lipliner. It is sort of neutral but a bit darker than my lips. It glides well on skin without pulling and has good staying power.

Nice
I got the one is shade barna in last Cult beauty advent calendar and thought the quality was good with rich colour and good staying colour. I would have preferred a twisty option as I do not like to sharpen my pencils.
