Energy in a bottle: the Arnica Sports Shower Gel utilises wolf’s bane - which is jam-packed with nutrients - to soothe and cleanse skin. A marvel when it comes to reducing inflammation of strained muscles, the wolf’s bane - or mountain arnica, as you might know it - is thought to relieve bruising and swelling, for a post-workout routine that’ll make you want to exercise.
Lavender essential oil sports anti-inflammatory properties, which complements the mountain arnica while encouraging cell regeneration and calmness in both the mind and skin. Combine this with firming rosemary essential oil, and you’ve also got a cocktail that’s sure to tickle the olfactory senses, for a shower that refreshes as it heals, while calming your mind and energising your body. Smells sooo good
