The next generation of sunscreen, Ultra Violette's effective formulas are sensorial to the highest degree; these beautifully silky, lightweight sunscreens embody the brand's concept of SKINSCREEN: comfortable formula packed with skin-loving ingredients (think: Australian antioxidants) that easily slot into your existing skin care and make up routine without pilling or balling. Designed with sensitive, oily and reactive skin in mind, the Lean Screen Mineral Mattifying Fragrance Free Skinscreen SPF50 is a zinc-only mineral formula that doesn't look or feel heavy on your skin!
Crafted in response to a wave of pleas from their community, Ultra Violette's Lean Screen Mineral Mattifying Fragrance Free Skinscreen SPF50 is a mineral-only SPF that will have re-thinking everything you know about mineral SPFs. For starters, it won't feel heavy, you won’t look like a cricketer and sensitive skin won’t throw a tantrum!
Perfect for anyone with oily or reactive skin, or those who just prefer a physical sunscreen, this fragrance-free formula won't feel sticky or heavy; quite the contrary, it's designed to soothe sensitive skin and grant a subtle matte finish. Its protective prowess stems from zinc oxide - nothing more, nothing less - that protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays while working as a soothing anti-inflammatory to reactive, angry skin. Plant-derived pentavin then lends the blend a refreshing hit of hydration that reveals itself as a plump, juicy finish, plus antioxidant-rich kakadu plum guards your skin against free radicals and promotes a simply luminous finish!
Apply every day, even when you’re staying indoors. Apply as the final step in your skincare routine, right after, or instead of your moisturiser and before your make up. We recommend at least five pumps to cover your face and ears.
A pocket of air can be drawn into the pump mechanism during filling, to push this out firmly press your fingers right at the thinner end of the tube and slowly slide up pushing all the product and air against the pump mechanism. Do this until you feel the resistance to the point you can no longer move along the tube, then begin to repeatedly pump, eventually you will hear a small hiss and release of air and the product will begin to pump freely.
Aqua/Water/Eau, Zinc Oxide, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Octyldodecanol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, PEG-30 Dipolyhydroxystearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Disodium EDTA, Saccharide Isomerate, Sodium Chloride, Xanthan Gum, Gluconolactone, Cetearyl Glucoside, Isostearic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499 (Iron Oxides)

Best SPF
Ultra-Violette SPF is the best on the market. Definitely recommend.

Perfectly fine
Nothing to rave about, nothing to complain about. This does the job. Perhaps it doesn't have the staying power you'd expect for a lipliner but it's not the worst either. I only use these right now because there seems to a nationwide shortage of lipliners in the UK but generally I would say Tilbury is fine but not as good as NARS.

The best sunscreen out there
I have tried so many sunscreens including all of Ultra Voilette's range sand only the Lean Screen Mineral Mattifying Fragrance-free Skinscreen SPF 50 gets you over the line. It is matte and has a wonderful neutral shade so if you're having a good skin day you could just about get away with this as a mattifying tinted moisturiser. It has zero scent and transfers from hand to face perfectly. It's thick enough to feel like you're applying substantial cover without being goopy and I also really like this for my hands. Only catch is the packaging is really poorly designed and sometimes you can't get the sunscreen out without bursting the seam. This really needs to be fixed because everything is otherwise perfect.

Repurchase
This SPF is my HG and I will never use anything else. My only complaint is the packaging, it’s terrible. You have to warm the tube up before using the SPF otherwise the product doesn’t come out but even with doing that I still get SPF leaking everywhere. I expect better packaging considering the price!

Great product, horrible packaging
This is a fantastic mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast. Such a shame that it leaks every time I use it. Will not repurchase for that reason.

Good sunscreen product
A good mattifying sunscreen (as advertised) and also works to cover up blemishes or uneven skin tone. It was very slightly flaky when I applied this product first then some products on top but if used by itself, its a great layer. I prefer the hydrating version but that's probably because it suited my skin better. Would recommend this if you do have oily skin issues in the summer as its fantastic as a mattifyer.

Not the best
It does make your skin very matte and it isn’t irritating around the eyes. However it’s very thick and hard to rub in with a bit of a greyish tone. I also think this may break my skin out.

Don’t need makeup
This is a great mineral spf, and absolutely perfect  for my teen daughters pale white skin (prob not the best colour for darker skin tones). Doesn’t irritate her super sensitive skin and is a good coverage almost like a bb cream. I don’t think it would be good for dryer skin types

Love it so much I bought another 3
This is the best sunscreen I have ever used. No white cast, no clogged pores, no Pilling under make up or primer. Its amazing!

My go to sunscreen
This is my go to sunscreen and have repurchased over and over again. Now I keep a stockpile. It has a matted finish, does not pill, goes well with all my other skincare and makeup. The pump is not the best especially when you are on your last few mLs of product. A squeeze tube design rather than pump would probably be more suitable due to the thick consistency of the product.
