Balancing skin in Eczema condition
I’ve been taking this 10+ days and getting the result quick obvious. My skin problem obviously reduced Eczema irritation. I will repurchase this.Â

It doesn’t cause yellow urine. I take one capsule per day when eating meal.

More energy!
I have just finished my first jar and I must say I have noticed a difference on my energy levels and also my quality of sleep. I have been waking up feeling refreshed and with lots of energy throughout the day!

Great company good products
Been happy with every Nue Co product I’ve tried. These vitamins were a good price so i thought id try them. To early to tell so will update later but so far so good!

Effective and affordable
As someone who was a veggie for 7+ years (who recently introduced white meat back into my diet) but I have always been a Vitamin B (B12 specifically) taker, therefore I was keen to try these out. Not only are they small (easy to swallow) but they are packed with other B vitamins which adds extra points! I have found after finishing my first jar I am so much more energised, and I am talking, I have been having 4-6 hours of sleep (not encouraged at all fyi!) and waking up surprisingly awake! Nonetheless, recommend and 100% repurchase from me.

Great ingredients
It’s rather difficult to review supplements, but I can at least speak about the brand behind it and the ingredients - everything I have tried from them so far has been reliable and of great quality, and I’m pretty sure this applies to this product too
