Great to settle digestive issues
5I try to use these everyday, but sometimes I forget and then start to experience IBS issues. Once I get back to my routine of taking these every day my digestive issues soon settle. Good quality.

5I’ve used this for a while now, and I really feel like it’s making a difference, I don’t feel like I get a load of colds or bugs that seem to go round at work , and my gut seems calmer than what it did, I feel you have to give it time though.
