Definitely has improved my sleep quality, I have been taking magnesium for 6 months now and could never go back!

Nice selection
Agree with previous comments about size but overall I am happy with the box. Good selection and it will be fun trying them out over the next few months

Difference in sleep
I have noticed a difference in my sleep quality since taking these however have noticed some nausea which may or may not be linked. I will keep taking to trial this as the positive impacts on my sleep are worth it currently.
