Good
This is a really nice step to use when I'm doing a more luxurious skincare routine. I'm not sure how much it depuffs but it feels lovely, especially over a sheet mask. I clench my teeth and think it does help with the tension around my jaw. Nice overall!

Simple, effective & it works
I love this little device for toning the skin & for boosting circulation. I think I saw it being used by a celebrity in an interview and so decided to try it myself. It boosts circulation, so my skin always looks more lifted & healthy when I use it. I like to think that it's keeping the facial muscles underneath the surface relaxed too. A great little tool that I recommend!
