Beautiful!
Is there anything that Ms Hirons does that is not fabulous?! This collaboration is has been out for a while and I have purchased a good few in my time and I always love tucking into a new tub. Having 2 types of cleanser in one product is genius as it ticks all boxes. The cleaning balm is lovely and melts into the skin and the cream part is just beautiful, perfect rich moisturising consistency that leaves no residue. Whilst I like both sides I do have to say that I always wished they would bring out the cream cleanser in a larger on its own size as I could use that all day every day if given half the chance. Excellent product.Â

Excellent
Very gentle but still great at removing makeup and the cream cleanser is brilliant at getting the skin extra clean.

Brilliant
Absolutely love this product, I wake up with clean plump skin the next morning and it’s very gentle too.

Not bad
I love the balm side - it is simple, unfragranced and does the job. However, I find the cleansing cream irritates my eyes a little. However, my skin does feel very clean and not stripped after using this system; it does the job so it's a good option for those who want the convenience of the 2-in-1 whose eyes aren't as sensitive as mine.

Goes bad quickly
I've purchased this a couple of times. I really like how it removes makeup effectively. However, the packaging is a bit messy and the product starts smelling rancid pretty quickly, too.Â

Average
I was disappointed with this product as I am a big fan of Caroline Hirons and thought this product would be fantastic given her credentials and expertise! This is basically like using an unscented balm followed by an unscented cream cleanser. Not worth the money.

Cleared up my skin.
I love it so much. I have tried a couple of cleansers so far, I do double cleansing the Korean way, but I was looking for a better packaging solution. So I am really loving this so far, 2 in 1, compact and clever design. It spills slightly around, but that doesn't bother me too much, because of the amazing effects it has on my skin. 1 week in and my skin is literally glowing.

Ok for travelling but rather unimpressive
I didn't enjoy this product. The cream ran out way before the balm. The cream also had an unpleasant smell. I would say it is useful for travelling, so your double cleanse is covered. The packaging seems excessive somehow and it's expensive for what it is. I wouldn't repurchase.
