Great steamer but not a durable product
Was so pleased when I first got this, the steamer was amazing. I found it is good as a professional steamer found at facial treatment clinics. However, it only lasted after a few use. Now I have zero steam coming out after a minute. Not pleased with this, unfortunately.

Mini Facial
Spent a while researching which steamer to get and 100% satisfied with my choice! Perfect for a mini at home cleanse/facial. I like to steam for 8/10 mins to open up my pores then cleanse with my cleanser for the remaining minutes. My favourite WFH lunch time treat!

I love it
I've been using the facial steamer most nights since I got it about a month ago and it's a thing of beauty indeed. The design is lovely (will look chic in every bathroom!) and it's quite small so it doesn't take a lot of space, which is a plus. My skin has been feeling so clean since I started using the steamer and I haven't had a single breakout. It just feels as if my skin is profoundly clean and unclogged, and serums seem to penetrate better after a session too. I had been eyeing this baby for months and was a little hesitant (it doesn't come cheap) but I haven't regretted it for a second. Highly, highly recommend.

Love using and looking forward to more use
I have only used this once since received-mainly as I have to buy a bottle or purified water to use. But I loved using this, and had a go for 12 minute session. I was surprised by how light and compact it is; For ages, I thought it was broken as the steam dispenser it didn't open up as smoothly as I expected. But overall, very impressed with the product, cannot yet comment on its effect on skin. Other than I found pleasant to use.

Just what the steam doctor ordered
This is a thing of beauty and something you will not regretting purchasing. I'm using it to hydrate my skin through the winter months but looking forward to playing around with its pore-cleaning effects i.e steaming then using an effective mask or cleanser to banish those blackheads. You have the option of 3,6 or 12 minutes which all leave your skin feeling soft, bouncy and hydrated. A luxurious purchase indeed but this nifty device lives up to the technology.

Dissapointed
There is no time option on the machine, and that sats the description. I sat with closed windows and the steam didn’t hit my face but it steamed up. Not worth it

It defifintely works.
Bought this two months ago, been used 2-3 times a week, 3-6 min is enough. It leaves skin very clean, soft and moisturized. Especially recommended in combination with oily cleanser like Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm. Also simple in use and compact. Wish more Panasonic tools were here!

Love It
I thought about this for a while before buying it. I am glad I decided to go for it. I love it. I would steam twice a day every day if I hadn't been told not to steam too often. I use it before going to bed about 3 times per week, I find it super relaxing as the steam starts to lessen I put on my night time face cream and Luna face oil and wake up with my skin feeling amazing. I've only had it a couple of weeks so not sure of the benefits of long term use but for a self care moment before bed, it's wonderful.

Amazing
I only received this 3 days ago and have used it for 12 mins all 3 days - wowee I wish I’d bought it a LOT sooner. Yes, it’s expensive and I’ve had to save for it but my god it’s worked wonders on my oil slick t-zone and dehydrated cheeks. I usually have to blot my nose and chin about 30 mins after applying makeup due to the blinding shine (for others) and the makeup sliding off my face, and then continue doing so throughout the day. Today I've only had to blot once, and my makeup has been on for 10 hours. I’m gobsmacked. The dry patches on my cheeks have also almost disappeared too and my whole face feels bouncier and softer. I LOVE this gadget and would recommend it to everyone.
