All time favourite cleanser
5This cleansing oil is so gorgeous! It completed exceeded my expectations. It smells amazing and it doesn’t dry my skin out. I usually chop and change when it comes to cleansers but I’m on my third bottle now.

A dream to use
5I'm not sure how I feel about balm cleansers anymore as this stuff is so blooming silky soft. A little goes a long way, the slip is perfection, it removes every trace of makeup...AND your skin feels clean, plump and relaxed (yes relaxed). It has a subtle scent which I love. Only issue is i'm only a quarter through and I'm already concerned about what to do when I've finished - I guess buy some more. Highly recommend if you're a lover of oil cleansers.

Best oil cleanser !
5This is probably my new favourite cleanser for removing stubborn make up. It’s gentle and perfect for pretty much all skin types , but especially sensitive as it’s non irritating and contains natural ingredients.

Good cleanser but not great
3I had a bad reaction to this one, got itchy skin and dry patches. It has many citrus based oils and essential oils which I did not notice before buying. Even if there is no artificial fragrance in this it should be noted that essential oils are a fragrance and can be irritating to some people, so just keep that in mind. I have stopped using this product and my skin is back to normal.

Brilliant
4I love this product. One thing to say though (and this is a criticism to the system and not to the product) is that this product doesn't come up when you filter no artificial fragrance which is wrong as this product doesn't contain it.

Does not emulsify nor lather well.
1I may be spoiled by the texture of Asian cleansing oils, but this from PAI is just not up to par. It's thick and hard to spread around on the face, and it doesn't emulsify when I add water. My face feels greasy after rinsing. I love PAI's rosehip cream cleanser but this is the worst cleansing oil I've tried.

Not as expected but AMAZING
5When I used this product for the first time I was quite confused because the texture is very different to other cleansing oils/balms I've used before. It's not slippery and oily and doesn't leave an oily residue feeling on your skin. It smells amazing and natural and gets rid of EVERYTHING really well and with not a lot of product needed. My sensitive skin loves it.

It’s fantastic!
5I bought this after trying a sample of the Shu Uemura oil cleanser which I loved but couldn’t afford, and this has absolutely hit expectations and keeps my oily, sensitive, acne prone skin very happy! It’s so quick and easy to use, to either remove makeup or as a morning/night face cleanse (I use it for all of the above!) - I will definitely re-buy when it runs out.

Hate it
2I hate it and don't know why everyone else seems to love it... Basically when I try to cleanse my face with it, it absorbs right away so I can't even finish the process... I've tried lots of cleansing oils and balms since I double cleanse every day and this one is the worst. Basically, now I just use it after washing my hands to hydrate because I don't want to throw 36 pounds in the trash.
