Good cleanser but not great
3I had a bad reaction to this one, got itchy skin and dry patches. It has many citrus based oils and essential oils which I did not notice before buying. Even if there is no artificial fragrance in this it should be noted that essential oils are a fragrance and can be irritating to some people, so just keep that in mind. I have stopped using this product and my skin is back to normal.

Brilliant
4I love this product. One thing to say though (and this is a criticism to the system and not to the product) is that this product doesn't come up when you filter no artificial fragrance which is wrong as this product doesn't contain it.

Does not emulsify nor lather well.
1I may be spoiled by the texture of Asian cleansing oils, but this from PAI is just not up to par. It's thick and hard to spread around on the face, and it doesn't emulsify when I add water. My face feels greasy after rinsing. I love PAI's rosehip cream cleanser but this is the worst cleansing oil I've tried.

Not as expected but AMAZING
5When I used this product for the first time I was quite confused because the texture is very different to other cleansing oils/balms I've used before. It's not slippery and oily and doesn't leave an oily residue feeling on your skin. It smells amazing and natural and gets rid of EVERYTHING really well and with not a lot of product needed. My sensitive skin loves it.

It’s fantastic!
5I bought this after trying a sample of the Shu Uemura oil cleanser which I loved but couldn’t afford, and this has absolutely hit expectations and keeps my oily, sensitive, acne prone skin very happy! It’s so quick and easy to use, to either remove makeup or as a morning/night face cleanse (I use it for all of the above!) - I will definitely re-buy when it runs out.

Hate it
2I hate it and don't know why everyone else seems to love it... Basically when I try to cleanse my face with it, it absorbs right away so I can't even finish the process... I've tried lots of cleansing oils and balms since I double cleanse every day and this one is the worst. Basically, now I just use it after washing my hands to hydrate because I don't want to throw 36 pounds in the trash.

4This cleanser is lovely - it smells good and a little does go a long way. I have oily skin, so I have given the product 4 stars just because I prefer other cleansers that sink into the skin in a more balmy way.

5I love this cleanser. It has a very pleasant scent, gently cleans the skin and doesn’t dry it. Love its natural ingredients.

Best cleanser ever
5This cleanser is lovely. It's so gentle on my sensitive skin, but so good at removing all my eye makeup with barely any effort from me! It gets everything off straight away, and leaves my skin smooth and hydrated. I like that it comes in a glass bottle too, from an environmental view.
