I was quite sceptical about these, as I have tried a few different hair supplements over the years (such as perfectil) and I hadn’t noticed significant improvements. However after a couple of weeks taking these regularly, although I’m not sure it’s growing particularly faster than usual, my hair does seem to be benefiting. I noticed my hair felt glossier and stayed in style better. Usually my hair is dry and frizz prone. I’m pleased with the results I have seen, the only drawback I’m aware of being the price.

Worked great for seasonal hair shedding
I started taking these supplements as every autumn my hair falls in bulk. So, so much. After one month I could really notice a change (3 pills/day and I wasn't using any topical treatment at the time). My hair stopped falling even less then in the regular seasons, not autumn when it was extreme. Can't say I noticed hair growth or a change in density. Downside, they triggered hormonal acne. I have combination skin but no acnee issue. With these supplements I had 4-5 cystic pimples constantly.

This supplement is expensive, each pot of 90 @ three day being just one months supply. However thought I would give it a try and consider the cost worth it if it helped. I never really got to find out as it disagreed with me in a couple of ways so I just had to frustratingly stop taking. Unfortunate as other reviewers obviously love it.
