Really good and removes hair product
This is really nice to use before shampoo (I would wet hair to remove hair products out of it, then add a generous amount of this and scrub with a hair scrubber - you can find them here and Amazon, silicone with spikes on the end that replicate your fingertips) - but I did not use it often enough. It does not irritate the scalp at all and is very good at removing old hair products from your hair.

Not great... I used to buy the other scalp acid by inkey list but the packaging is really inconvenient so I bought this one instead. I feel like it doesn't do anything for my scalp and the scrub beads are a pain to wash of your hair.

Helps with build up
Bought this quite some time ago as I can get a bit of build up from different hair products and being in between washes etc.. I use it once a week and found that it helps to remove a lot of the build up and in general works well, but I expected a bit more in terms of exfoliating the scalp and helping to get rid of some dandruff too which it doesn't really do that much. I also found the actual castor beads stay in my hair for the next day event tho I've thoroughly washed my scalp.
