Nice hydration
For a longest time I wanted to try this face mask because of its great reputation, so I finally decided to order it. It gives nice hydration to the skin, I gave it 5 stars because it gives a nice feeling to my quite sensitive skin, but I do think that there are face masks that are far more hydrating than this one and that wake your face up from "jet lag" better than this one, especially for the price. To me it is very good, but I do not have very dehydrated and tired looking skin.

Bought this as it has been promoted a lot. Felt it was slightly drying on my skin and I expected it to be more hydrating. Fairly disappointing.

Disappointed with the changes
The old formula was vastly superior. I had an old tube with the original formula that just finished and I finally opened a tube of the new one. The old one used to leave me moisturized and my skin looked brand new in the morning. I’ve applied this one 20 mins ago and it dried me out. I used it a few days ago and I woke up dryer than the desert. That never used to be the case. My skin used to feel moisturized from when I applied it until I washed it off. This new version also piles on the skin. I really wish they’d kept both. One for normal skin and one for sensitive. I hate that I have to loose a good product. Will not be repurchasing

This is definitely moisturising and nourishing but it’s so hard to use.. its super think and doesn’t layer with products at all, it just piles. I hope it’s reformulated and this issue is fixed.

I’ve been using this mask for a while now in my skincare routine and I have definitely noticed a difference. My skin feels smoother and my make up has been applying better. You only need to use a little bit as a time as it’s quite a thick mask. Will definitely be repurchasing.

My fave mask yet!
Love this mask, whenever I have irritated skin - whether that be dry, or inflamed or even suffering with blemishes, it always sorts me out. I tend to leave it on until it’s pretty much all absorbed into the skin, and then rinse off. My skin always feels so much cooler and calmer after, as well as super soft.

its like a hug for my skin
i have really dry and crusty skin with some eczema patches on my face and using the jetlag mask as part of my nighttime routine has reversed this and my skin feels so soft and the crusties are all gone!!! i use it as an overnight mask most of the time but sometimes use it as my last step before spf if i’m wearing makeup because it makes my base really glowy!

I bought the smaller size first to test the product and I have to say I'm very impressed with it. It has a really lovely, rich texture but it doesn't feel heavy or greasy when it's applied. My skin was very dry and peeling, and after using this for a few nights, I see a huge difference (I've been applying as an overnight mask). It also didn't break me out at all! I only took one point off because I find it a bit too pricey, but I will repurchase and I would recommend.
