Its actually SPF50
This SPF is the exact same formula as PC's Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF50. Its super lightweight with no white-cast but will need a bit loose powder on top to maintain matte finish. Its a US chemical sunscreen so eye sting is a possibility depending on your own sensitivity to US filters but its one of the best US sunscreens going.

Excellent but expensive
This is a fantastic lightweight SPF that sits well under makeup and doesn't disturb other products in your skincare routine. Great for oily skin because it leaves a semi-matte finish and sinks in super fast. However, for half the price and only 10ml less of product I could get the La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Fluid, which is SO similar in how it feels on the skin and the finish it gives.
