Prepare your skin for smooth makeup application with Light Reflecting Primer.
Warm up foundation in the hands and apply with the finger to create a natural-looking finish. Start in the centre of the face (where we typically need more coverage) and work out toward the edge of the face. Sheer Glow Foundation is also a great clean-up tool: use it with a concealer brush under the eyes and around the lips to make sure lines are crisp.

The BEST NARS foundation hands down
It is soooo hard to get this foundation these days. It either ran out of stock or don’t have the shades you are looking for. I ran out of this foundation once and it sets my world into chaos. So if you see this available, just grab it, don’t think twice. Despite the name it has a good medium coverage if you apply it with the right tool. I find the sheer glow formula suits dry skin with aging signs better than the light reflecting formula. It gives a hydrated look and make up appears fresher even under the hot sun without looking cakey nor patchy.

I’ve been using Nars sheer glow since 2016. Since then I also tried switching to other foundations (including experiments with cushion or stick foundation, skincare-foundation) because I always want to try new stuff. But the difference is: when I’m wearing Nars sheer glow, my skin always looks as if I’m having a ‘good skin day’. Even if I have cystic acne, blemishes, dry or oily skin, peeling skin, etc. - I get compliments because it makes my skin look even and glowy. And with a bit of setting powder it stays all day. I have a combination skin with dry sensitive cheeks and oily forehead, nose and chin. My skin on the chin and forehead is also prone to clogging & hormonal acne, and this foundation is non-comedogenic which is important.
