I really like Hum nutrition & had already been using the flatter me tablets. This joint pack is great, both the daily cleanse and skin squad I can see a noticeable difference to my skin after about 3 weeks of using and more energy throughout the day too. I’m on second pack & fully recommend. Keep your water intake high though, I think that helps & I drink 2-3 litres a day.
