Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Works well for blow dry prep
I purchased this after my hairdresser used it on my hair. I have keratin-treated, mid-length afro hair and, with only about three sprays (and a comb through), my hair was protected and easier to blow dry. Too much product and the hair does become a bit plasticky, but it works. I bought a travel-sized bottle for my holiday.
