After shampooing, massage into the hair, ensuring the conditioner is evenly applied. Leave in for five to 10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair in a plastic cap to retain moisture while sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes, then rinse.
It should be used once per week or every two weeks. In between treatments, it is recommended to use one of Briogeo's shampoo and conditioner sets (sold separately).

Expensive, but worth the money!
I use Olaplex no. 3 and Philip Kingsley's pre-shampoo treatment, both of which have made my hair shiny, voluminous and manageable. After adding this to my routine in place of conditioner, my hair has become even shinier and glossier. On days I shower but don't use shampoo, I just wet my hair and leave this in for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and leave it on for less than that, and my hair still comes out super shiny and healthy looking. A little goes a long way, and if you buy the larger size, I can see it lasting quite awhile. Overall, I'm really impressed by the results, and it really is one of the best hair masks I've used so far!

Feels good at first but left hair feeling brittle
I have used it twice. I have chemically straightened, shoulder length afro hair in reasonable condition. The first time my hairdresser applied it after my usual moisturising salon shampoo. It was massaged in and left for 10 minutes. My hairdresser reported that it felt as she would expect from a good quality moisturiser. It was rinsed out and my hair styled as normal. My hair felt a little dry immediately but it was in the days after that I noticed that it was considerably dryer than I would have expected after a treatment and I experienced quite a lot of shedding. This shedding I put down to my normal cycle and I thought that perhaps I had not given the mask enough time to work. I used it again two weeks later. my hair was shampooed twice with a Moroccan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo. The mask was applied and massaged through. It seemed to go on well and my hair was not tangled. I then sat under a dryer with a plastic cap on my head for 20 minutes, it was rinsed out and blotted dry. At that stage my hairdresser asked me to feel my hair and said that to her my hair felt brittle and very dry. She was right, it was. It was clear that my hair had not reacted well to the product. We thought that it was best not to dry it in this condition. She then applied her 'in salon' moisture mask, I sat under the dryer for another 20 minutes and my hair was transformed. It felt moisturised and elastic rather than brittle. My hair felt as it can do after using a protein mask when my hair in fact needs a moisture mask, very odd. I had hoped this would be a great solution for treating my hair at home. I am very disappointed with it. It did not work me at all. I shall not use it again.

This mask is brilliant. I have very fine, coloured and, thus, fairly damaged hair. This is nourishing but never weighs down my hair. It smells glorious and doesn’t contain any of the dodgy ingredients some shampoos and conditioners do, which is excellent as I have a very sensitive scalp. Highly recommend.

The only conditioner that works
First got a sample of this in one of the beauty gift boxes. Absolutely loved it. Before this, my hair was like hay. No amount of conditioner, and I had tried a gazillion of them, worked. Within 5 minutes of putting this in my hair, I noticed my finger could actually go THROUGH my wet hair. Usually, the fingers would just get stuck until I separated my hair clump by clump. Magical stuff. Now buying biggest tub I can find.
