After shampooing, massage into the hair, ensuring the conditioner is evenly applied. Leave in for five to 10 minutes before rinsing. For even deeper conditioning, cover the hair in a plastic cap to retain moisture while sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes, then rinse.
It should be used once per week or every two weeks. In between treatments, it is recommended to use one of Briogeo's shampoo and conditioner sets (sold separately).

Good but not fantastic
This is a good hair mask but I do not think its worth the price point. I have very dry highlighted hair and I just need a little more hydration than this gives

A Solid One!
I purchased this mask after falling in love with the conditioner from the same line. One thing I love about Briogeo is how natural/gentle the formulas feel and smell (I can’t tolerate strong fragrances!). This mask is creamy, with fantastic ingredients and a very natural smell. It leaves my hair soft and hydrated but I still need a bit more moisture and thicker masks to nourish my hair. As the formula is more on the lightweight side, I use this once a week together with the conditioner just for the protein infusion this mask provides. It’s a solid one but there’s better ones out there :)

Very moisturising
Very moisturising, I can only use it every now and then as it can be quite heavy and make my hair greasy if I use it too often. Twice a month works for me.

Not worth it
I’ve received various deluxe and travel size samples of this mask since it’s in every goody bag but I honestly don’t get the hype. I find the avocado and kiwi mask to be much more effective (my hair is fine and not complicated but I use a lot of styling products)

Heavy conditioner
Really heavy and didn't do much for my hair other than weigh it down and make it greasy. I have average hair but lots of it and this isn't the product for me. I can see it working on ladies with thick or curly hair. Expensive as well.

Great hair mask
The first few times I used it I didn’t like it as much, but I found the key is to leave it in the hair for the full 10 minutes or more, rinse thoroughly, and use 1-2 times a week max. Now I see how it really helps the hair, by infusing it with moisture, eliminating any dryness, and also it gives the hair life and restores it if it is lacklustre

It works
This mask has been my favourite for years. I have really textured and fuzzy hair and frankly, even the most expensive products aren’t groundbreaking on it. This mask seems to be working from the minute it touches my hair. I normally put the mask on, put a shower cap on and then wrap a towel around, so it gives the extra warmth (at least in my head) for the mask to penetrate deeper. I should be doing it more often than once in 3 months though!
