Gorgeous
5Bought this for my husband as a gift and it was well received. It's a beautiful scent and we both wear it. It dries down smoky and sweet, and is very distinctive because of the chestnut notes. Bottle size is great for purses if you want to make sure you can reapply a few times a day without running down the bottle fast, or for travelling.

Exquisite fragrance
5I’m very much aware of the hype this fragrance has. However, I being a lover of woody and dark scents I knew I had to try this one. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. What a lovely fragrance this is. Opens up a bit heavy but as it dries down becomes much more elaborate with time. The only downside to it is the lasting power. I find that it’s not going to last any more than 4 hrs, maybe 5.

Very unique
4I own upwards of 100 scents in my collection but none of them smell like this one. It is super unique, and smells just as described. When I asked my mum to smell me and ask what I smell of, she said “a fire”. I haven’t worked out if I’m a fan of that feedback yet, but it is definitely a cosy smell for an evening in or out. I wouldn’t personally wear as an everyday daytime scent, but I will be looking for an everyday fresh maison Margiela perfume as they really are a ‘memory in a bottle’ - I have just purchased the discovery set to find my perfect one!

Incredible fragrance
5This smells incredible. It starts off quite smokey and a little woody then soon turns sweet, and just lovely! The bottle is quite dinky for the price, so will definitely be saving it for ‘best’ - but luckily a little spritz goes a long way.
