5I have wanted this fragrance for so long and finally I bit the bullet, I have not been disappointed. Myself and my partner both love this scent, it really works so well as a unisex fragrance

Bonfire
5I knew I’d like this perfume from the description and when it arrived I was not disappointed… the first spray is like WOW have I set something on fire but then it dries down to a beautiful, complex, woody scent. I assume it’s aimed at being an auntumn/winter scent and it will fit great for then but honestly I’m loving it now in summer as it reminds me of sitting round a bonfire whilst camping on a summer evening. It was between this and “jazz club” and “by the fireside” has just topped it because it’s so unusual.

5Now this perfume, where do I start. I love all of Maison Margiela's replica perfumes. Bought this as a present originally for myself, however now find that my partner uses it more than me! Such a beautiful smoky & sexy unisex scent. Makes me feel safe and at home whenever I smell it.

5This scent is so perfect and smokey I love it. The name doesn't lie. Definitely gonna buy this again. If you wanna smell dark and mysterious, buy this!

Favourite scent!
5I’ve been looking to change a perfume I’d been using for the past 15 years and I found it in this! The intensity of the smokiness of this scent lessens after some time, but the scent holds well and I love to wear it in the warmer months as well as colder. I’m a big fan of musky, sensual scents and By the Fireplace is definitely that! Love, love, love.

A woody vanilla
5Loved how it wasn’t too sweet. Vanilla and woody. Not particularly strong or feminine; quite unisex . Definitely good for winter

So delicious and smokey!
5I love this so much and one of my go to perfumes for the colder months and certainly for the autumn. On first application it’s intoxicatingly smokey and woody. Once it dries down the sweet roasted chestnut notes really come through. I only wish it would last longer on me, if I had to guess I think my wear time is around 4-5 hours. I don’t mind reapplying and bought this 100ml after finishing the 30ml!
