Introducing the world's first glass mascara that's 100% recyclable, La Bouche Rouge's Mascara Le Serum Noir contains carnauba wax to thicken, stretch and lift lashes from root to tip for glamorous eyes, in the spirit of the Sixties.
Simultaneously serving as a mascara and lash care, La Bouche Rouge's Mascara Le Serum Noir is free from microplastics and full of jojoba oil that nourishes and stimulates eyelash growth and carnauba wax to thicken, stretch and lift lashes from root to tip for glamorous eyes. Meanwhile the plant-fibre brush was designed to lengthen lashes and provide thickness and volume, without clumping. But that's not it, as well as being world's first glass mascara that's 100% recyclable, this product is also vegan, free from beeswax and animal fat, and not tested on animals.

Very natural look
I didn't like this mascara when I first tried it on, I didn't think it really did much. After a few tries though I saw how layerable it is and I've come to like it. It's a super natural look and I love that it doesn't harden or clump and give you spider lashes. Feels very nourishing and flexible. My one complaint is it smudges very easily, do not wear this if you're planning on crying hahaha

Falls off by evening
It’s look good when you apply it but it falls off by the evening and then you look like a panda… so not worth the price

Not for oily eyelids!
I received this mascara in a cult beauty bundle and was very excited to try such a high end product. It looks absolutely gorgeous when first applied and is in that sense a great mascara full well worth the splurge. Unfortunately I have quite oily eyelids and every time I used this mascara I would end up having big black smudges on my under eyes. I tried using setting sprays and powders but to no avail. Maybe if you have drier eyes it would be great for you.

Makes my lashes look great
I'm liking this mascara as it gives definition and lengthens the appearance of my lashes without looking clumpy. On me, it doesn't smudge or fall down which is a bonus. I think it's great for everyday wear but I've given it 4 stars as I usually prefer a bit more volume.

The appearance of the brand of ecological ethical cosmetics La Bouche Rouge Paris owes its appearance to Nicolas Herlier, who worked for about ten years as the marketing director of such well-known brands as Armani and Lancôme. The mascara is presented in one black shade, in a glass container with an original convenient brush. Consists of natural components, does not contain petroleum products and chemicals, the product is fully recyclable. The brush is made of castor fibers, and the cleaning ring is made of plant components. The product provides eyelashes with volume and care, the formula is not waterproof (because the composition of waterproof mascara includes plasticizers and film-forming substances). Jojoba oil cares for eyelashes, nourishes and stimulates their growth. And carnauba wax stretches, thickens, lifts hairs from roots to tips, creating a beautiful effect. It's the best mascara I've ever had, and it also has a great effect

Not terrible but disappointing
The glass tube is lovely but the rest of it feels cheap and very bog-standard, the mascara isn't bad I will use it, but it definitely doesn't warrant that price tag, would not recommend

My Favourite Mascara
I got this in a box and didn't expect much from it, but I was so wrong! It makes your lashes look like they're naturally like that, with length and volume. I would recommend curling first as it doesn't curl very much, but if you use a curler, it's the best thing ever!

Lengthens really well!
This is such a good mascara, it lengthens my lashes well and separates them beautifully. The only thing I’ve noticed is it dries quite quickly once outside of the tube, so if you take your time with your lashes you may need to dunk it back in a few times for the best coating

Overpriced
Love the glass tub but unfortunately nothing else. Overpriced, didn’t do anything to my lashes, there are much cheaper products and better on the market, wouldn’t buy again

Lovely package, too expensive
Got this in a discovery box, it's a beautiful mascara, really lengthening and moisturising, the formula felt and very light on the lashes, and loved the glass bottle - but the price is too expensive to repurchase, and the wand was only average
