The BROW POP Dual-Action Defining Pencil is crammed with nutrient-dense ingredients, feeding brows with castor oil and vitamins while imparting rich, last-all-day pigment that won’t smudge, fade or transfer.
Whether you’re struggling with hair loss, you simply over-tweezed in the ’90s or you just want to add a bit of definition, the BROW POP Dual-Action Defining Pencil will have you covered.
Delivering hair-like fullness and definition to even the sparsest of arches, this pencil features a triangular tip that imparts both thick and whisper-thin strokes. Precise and richly pigmented, you can use it to fill, shape, sculpt, feather and even blend (thanks to the help of a built-in spoolie). Totally vegan and made without the likes of artificial fragrance, silicone, mineral oil or microplastics, this do-good formula even cares for hairs and encourages hair growth via nourishing castor oil and panthenol provitamin B5.

Use the thin tip of the triangle to create hair-like strokes. Use the thicker side to fill in more sparse areas that need a little more love. Then use the spoolie brush to shape it up and blend the pigment through.
Tip: Layer Air Brow tinted gel and/or Air Brow clear gel over Brow Pop for the full Kosas brow look (peak tint, volume and hold).

Love this pencil! Struggled to find a good eye brow pencil from the high street shops that wasn’t too warm toned! I got the shade dark brown and it’s perfect! Not too soft to not create definition and can make fine strokes for brow hairs that look good! Worth the money!

Ridiculously small amount of product
I got this in medium brown and I find this really easy to use and to style a nice, fluffy, natural brow. It’s a lovely product and I love that the spoolie is stiff. Would have been 5 stars if not for the very disappointing value for money (it’s around 2.50 per 0.01g!)
