Some claims are true
3It does plump your lips but leaves a blueish tint that makes you look like you’re cold. It doesn’t feel cool AT ALL on the lips, one can certainly feel a pepper tingle/burn and it tastes horrible ! 😖 it smells good but do not lick your lips!!!
