Massage a small handful onto wet hair and scalp. Work into a rich lather. Rinse well. Follow with Hard Water Conditioner for best results.

Good shampoo
Lathers well and I think it’s helping with the hard water. I like the packaging too, the pump is good and the shampoo lasts quite some time (especially considering I double shampoo often!). I don’t find it too drying but I definitely do need conditioner after. I have repurchased this and will continue too

Good
I've been using this shampoo for a few months now and my hair definitely loves it! My hair feels sufficiently clean and soft after I've showered and I find it doesn't leave my hair knotty whilst I'm the shower. There are multiple steps I've taken to improve my hair routine, so I can't objectively say that the improvement in my hair health is all down to this shampoo, but it has certainly played a part and am now buying my second bottle.

Hair is softer
Have been using the shampoo for about 2 weeks now, hair definitely feels softer. Cleans well but not squeaky clean as if it is stripping all the natural moisture. Would repurchase.

Must have in hard water area
I can’t believe the difference in my hair since using this shampoo. My hair has become a lot more manageable since using this and it feels lovely.

It’s not a total solution to hard water, but definitely helps. Makes hair feel clean without needing a lot or needing a second cleanse.

Brilliant
This shampoo is absolutely amazing at hydrating and moisturising the hair shaft. I used this in my hard water build up treatment. It gives gentle lather making hair feel soft. Doesn’t strip the hair. I have type 4 hair and found it suitable as my second cleanse. Only half a pump was needed for my 6” of natural hair

A really great shampoo. I use it in conjunction with the hello klean shower head and have noticed a really difference in the amount of fall out I have in a hard water area. The shampoo cleans really well and leaves hair soft but not weighed down. A good size bottle for the price as well, it looks great in the bathroom and should last a while.
