3I didn't like the shampoo, conditioner and mask as they made me hair quite greasy even though I have dry dehydrated hair and they all smell of coconut which I'm not keen on. I'm still not sure about the HoliRoots Hair Oil, it feels nice when I apply and leave it on for a couple of hours before I wash it off but it made my scalp a bit itchy when I used it 3 days in a row.

Great for a trip
5I bought this kit because I was going on a month-long trip and I needed minis of products that would help protect my hair from the salt and the sun. I fell in love. First of all the pouch is adorable. The shampoo and the conditioner lasted me a long time. The hair oil was great both on the scalp and on the ends, and had an amazing scent. It just made me want to buy a bigger bottle. But the star of the show was the scalp mask. Just wow. Left my hair feeling soft and light, my curls bouncy and my scalp clean. I wouldn't use it before every single wash, but once a month was great. Really great deal, would recommend.

Good for trying the Products
3Like previous reviewers I liked the hair oil - lovely smell and good results but the shampoo and conditioner had the strange effect of leaving my hair feeling less moisturized than usual and needing to be washed again only after a couple of days. I usually use Aveda products which give better results and last about 5 days between washes.

Big fan of the oil, not so much the rest
2Glad I bought this tester set as I’d heard loads of great things about this brand, but 3/4 of the products haven’t been my favourite. The oil is beautiful, lightweight and has made a noticeable difference when I use vs don’t use it. The rest of the products to me, don’t make my hair feel clean. I think it’s the scent as they’re not your typical “fresh” shampoo smell, they’re a bit more sweet and banana scented. Would be lovely as a moisturiser, but for hair products it left me feeling like they needed cleaned again.

Didn't like the feel of my hair after
2The oil was nice but don't rate the other products, I think they actually left my hair feeling drier. Wont buy again.

Great little set
5If you have dry/frizzy hair this will transform your hair I love the minis they are so convenient when travelling! Also makes a perfect gift too!

Really nice bundle of products
5I thought I'd try a range of the samples before purchasing the larger products and will likely go on to buy the full size now. The smell of the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask is really nice and summery, with hints of banana and other tropical fruits. I found them all to be very nourishing for my hair and they were not particularly heavy despite having a lot of finer hair, nor did they make my hair greasier- they are quite light, but my hair felt and looked a lot healthier after using all of these products.

Had high expectations but...
2Unfortunately this was just too heavy for my fine hair and oily scalp. Using the oil then shampoo and conditioner as instructed weighed down my hair and it just didn't feel clean. The shampoo actually made my hair feel even oilier.

4A nice set I bought one for myself to trial as well as one for my sister because it makes a nice gift
