Take the product out of the fridge. Apply the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel), while still cold, on clean, dry skin. A 1-2mm thin layer is sufficient. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse and remove gently with a non-abrasive cloth (soft cotton etc). Use up to 3 times per week. For an even more powerful regimen: First cleanse the skin with the 3Deep Cleanser>FastMask; you can leave as a "FastMask" up to 5 minutes. After removing the Freezing Mask, apply one pearl of Booster Serum on the face, and a tiny pearl of Eye Booster Concentrate. For more stimulation and hydration, follow with a pearl of either the Booster Cream or the Enriched Booster Cream. Always finish your skincare regimen with the "Pollution Shield skincare finisher", which is applied as the final step of any skincare ritual after sunscreen and right before any makeup.

More fresh, less fatigue
I use this mask 3-4 times a week in conjunction with Dr Levy's Contour Pro. As suggested, I keep the mask in the fridge so it has a lovely relaxing, cooling sensation when applied. After use, my rosacea prone is skin is noticeably calmer, more 'relaxed' looking, and smoother/softer to the touch.

Great for fine lines and calming skin
I decided to try some products from this brand after I received the dr levy mask from the advent calendar. Both are great, this makes my skin more tight whereas the mask makes it baby soft. Would consider purchasing again!

Good
This is very expensive but I bought it to use with the microcurrent tool- not sure I would purchase it unless I needed a conductive gel because I’m not sure how effective it would be.

Fantastic Cooling Refreshing Mask
Since I originally purchased this mask I have repurchased again.Lovely cooling cleansing mask great for skin that has little break outs or problematic skin.If these are not great concerns for you just use mask on t-zone.I keep mine in the fridge and have seen results like cleaner pores and less angry skin.

Fresh and Cleansing Mask I have repurchased twice
Love this mask.I keep mine in the fridge and love the cooling effect.I leave on for 20 mins after using the Dr Levy cleanser and pro peel.I then finish with the Matrix mask.I love Dr Levy products and have seen results using all these products twice a week.I have noticed this mask has helped a little with the pores on my nose.

Cooling
Keep this one in the fridge - works well with the foreo device for a massage.  But as of yet I haven’t seen any difference in skin.  Certainly no lifting effect. I shall finish the product but unlikely to repurchase
