I'm afraid that this is a dud - on two occasions I've used it, it did nothing to make my hair less brassy. Not comparable to purple shampoo which is a shame cause it's a faff to keep using it. Glad I got a smaller bottle before committing.

Best clarifying product I’ve used some others just strip the colour from your hair this actually cleans your hair and brightens it. Hair feels so fresh and clean 

First time using this. I have blonde highlighted hair and have it highlighted once a year, the last time being April last year. I don’t use purple shampoo and it was looking dull and brassy, one use of this and my hair looks freshly done! Wow, saving me a trip to the hairdressers 

The wow stuff has always been wonderful for me . This product has definitely cleaned up my blonde a bit 

Maybe I just have trouble noticing anything different while using this product?

Since iv found colour wow have fallen in love with all of the products.. tjisnjs another favourite and will likely buy the full size to take on holiday, does exactly what it says

Really disappointed thar I wasn't WOWed with this product. I have full shoulder length highlighted hair and was hoping for some brightening effect. On the first use I thought maybe I hadn't used enough because the effect was really quite minimal, nothing approaching wow, albeit there was a minor lifting of colour. Second use I thought I must need to use more, so I did. Which just resulted in my hair feeling full of product, back of my head weighted down with residue! Really disappointing given how much the models apparently use on the advertising!

Takes the brassiness out of the hair, leaves a more toned look, hair still feels soft afterwards
