Surprised
I have been using Ab face products for nearly 2 years and didn't think my skin could get any better even after using the retinol, ultimate face cream and facial oil. I didn't think I needed a serum. I purchased the serum to see what it could do. Honestly this product is amazing under makeup. It provides the best hydration and tack for makeup for my normal skin. It's never too oily or greasy and I noticed my foundation looks flawless because of the serum. Make make up lasts all day. I've been using it with The Charlotte Tilbury beautiful skin foundation which always used to go shiny or fade off throughout the day. Now it doesn't. In terms of skincare, serum has minimized my pores in just under a week which is why my makeup looks noticeablely better. I have definitely noticed further healing after my acne scarring. I have never broken out with AB products either. The serum would be fantastic for those with combo or oily skin as a go to moisturiser. A perfect primer for dry to normal skin. A pricy product but definitely a repurchase when it comes on discount. Definitely recommend.

I had wanted to try this for a long time and finally invested, although expensive I would 100% be buying again. You really do see a difference.

The packaging on this serum is ludicrous
I love the serum.  Second to none, in my view: creamy, easily absorbed and my skin loves the hydration.  No question.  But the packaging is mad.  The serum is in a refill called a nomad that sits inside a huge receptacle that is big and heavy.  The nomad is test tube shaped which means that it won’t stand up on its own.  So you’re stuck with this enormous receptacle, the size of which is out of all proportion to the rest of the range.  And it is glass.  It’s an accident waiting to happen, I think.  Oh, and all this for 1 fluid oz of product!  A rethink is needed, I reckon.

Light texture
Love this serum light texture and sinks into your skin straight away. Don’t feel I need to use a lot as a little goes a long way. So will last me a while. The packaging looks and feels bouché. Love this brand and the results in my skin.

Just not for me.
Purchased after reading an online rave review. This lasted around a month and a half and I saw no improvement in my skin at all.Â
