Rich in omega 7 sea buckthorn, this lotion promotes elasticity to bring back the bounce to your tresses. Plus, amika's signature scent of warm vanilla, sweet-sweet clover and fresh citrus just got even more potent. Wet hair and emulsify a small amount in your hands.
Massage through scalp and hair.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with the Normcore Signature Conditioner for best results.

Just okay
Really wanted to love this shampoo but makes my hair so greasy even one day after washing. It doesn't clean my hair thoroughly and doesn't wash out properly either. Sadly won't be repurchasing (it does smell amazing though!)

More Amika Magic!
Amika has become my very favourite haircare brand (after a LOT of shopping around!) and the Normcore range is fantastic. This shampoo leaves my (dyed, thick, dry ends/oily scalp) hair soft, nourished and clean; it is a relatively thin consistency but works into a lather very well and rinses out completely. I love the refills and it saves a little money when you can buy a larger size without paying for packaging time and time again. This works very well with the conditioner and the Soulfood mask (I get compliments on my hair whenever using the shampoo-mask duo!). Definitely recommend!

This did not do much for my hair. Sure, it cleaned it, but so do many other cheaper shampoos. I have thin and fine hair, and this shampoo caused awful build up even before the end of wash day. Won't repurchase.

my go to shampoo
i have a really oily scalp and this is the only nicer shampoo (wout alcohol i believe) that keeps my hair volumnous. also always get compliments on how nice my hair smells!

Good shampoo for normal hair types
If you're looking to fix a specific hair concern, you're better off looking at the other Amika ranges but if you've got normal hair this is a great shampoo - I use it when my hair isn't greasy and doesn't need a heavy cleanse/wash. It's also good when washing more frequently, for those who wash their hair every day or more than 3x a week as it's not stripping or drying at all.
