Technologically advanced, AMELIORATE's Transforming Body Lotion has a patent-pending formulation which combines alpha-hydroxy therapy with a unique complex of natural ingredients, to enhance skin condition and support its own exfoliation processes. Starring lactic acid – a member of the AHA family – this melts the 'glue' that binds dead, follicle-clogging cells to skin's surface whilst attracting moisture from the air to 'lock it' into skin (lactic acid is a natural humectant). Apply twice daily for 4 weeks. Thereafter apply daily to maintain the skin's optimum condition.
WARNINGS: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.

Good and bad
This body lotion works for bumpy skin but it is not pleasant to use. I bought this as a non fragrance but it does have one and it is not pleasant. If you need it to work it’s good but I use it occasionally because it doesn’t feel luxurious, more a treatment.

My everyday staple
I used to cycle through mostly pharmacy brand body moisturisers, however, with this one, I tend to reach for it nearly exclusively. Yes, I wish the fragrance-free version was truly scent-free and the formula was much less dimethicony in the touch, however, it remains my go-to body moisturiser past three full-size tubes now…

Mixed feelings
I have noticed my skin looking better and feeling smoother. It says to use it twice a day, but I have noticed some results even just using it once a day. Knocked off two points as 1) it sometimes stings if applied around my neck, I guess I am slightly sensitive to the acids in this and 2) it smells AWFUL. I cannot stand it. Not sure how to describe it other than rotten green tea mixed with melted plastic and for this reason I wouldn't repurchase sadly.

Don’t love it
I was excited to try this but unfortunately haven’t yet noticed any major difference in my skin texture. It has also a terrible glue-like smell. I will finish the bottle but probably wouldn’t repurchase.

Lovely
I really love the Ameliorate range for bumpy skin. I also appreciate that they have unscented version of this lotion as I usually do not like moisturisers with fragrance. Works well with the scrub.Â

Amazing product
Really does transform your skin. I had ketosis pills on the back of my arms and back of things. This definitely has reduced it a lot. Need to put it on bare skin with no fake tan! It's a really great product!
