I love WA products too much…
The packaging falls short of the luxurious standard set by the lip suede and blush lines, feeling somewhat inferior in quality, much like the travel-size contouring product. However, the texture and the brush maintain a high level of quality. I appreciate the dual functionality of this product, combining a brow pencil and brush in one. It would be beneficial to include a feature that maintains the pencil’s fine tip, ensuring precise “hair-like” strokes for a more natural look.

Nice pencil, too much packaging
Good colour brow pencil, soft but does not slip after it has been applied. Spoolie is unnecessary and just creates more waste. Expensive for not too much product. Don’t think it’s going to last long.

Perfect shade
Best shade match for my black hair, I wanted a cool toned black shade and this is perfect. Most dark shades I’ve tried are more of a black brown and are usually too warm for me. Pencil tip doesn’t stay sharp enough though so light brow strokes are hard to achieve…..maybe I’m just not used to using slanted brow pencils. Hope they bring out a fine tip brow pencil.

Underwhelming
Doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the Westman atelier line. Packaging looks nice but feels cheap, and the pencil itself wasn’t sharp enough for precision.

Great
Just got this and tried it and it is fantastic. I don’t ever really do my brows and they are black, this is so easy to use and blends well. I know people complained about the packaging, yes it’s not as weighty or luxe as usual for WA, but still a fantastic product!

Orange
I ordered this in Clay, which should be suitable for brown / taupe brows, but the colour had really reddish undertones which made my brows look orange. Also found the pencil itself to chunky and imprecise. Couldn’t use even use it.

Easy to apply and buildable
With its tip and creamy formulation, this is pretty easy to apply to the needed areas and build up as at first there is not too much pigment perfect for more subtle finish and easy to add more boldness by building up.

An easy soft brow pencil
My honest first impression of this pencil was 'why is there no brush?' but of course, there is I just didn't spend enough time looking. I have shade Clay and this is a great colour for my brown hair as it's not too dark and allows me to fill in my brows without them looking heavy. I find the pencil itself soft, easy and quick to work with.

Love at first swipe!
I fell in love with this product the first time I used it. The formula is so unique, it glides on so easily (great for when you're in a rush!) but then has great staying power and doesn't end up melting off like some softer eyebrow pencils do. It fills in my sparse brows whilst still looking really natural as I'm not a fan of the bold look and prefer my brows to look fluffy and natural. I use it with a brow gel on top to hold my brow hairs in place and it's a great combo! And as usual, Westman Atelier have smashed it with the packaging and the little detachable spoolie is so cute and handy! Definitely a new staple in my make up bag and I will be repurchasing for sure :)
