Taste great
Love the herby flavour with subtle fruit coming through, its a very well concocted recipe, I usually despise cheaper fruit teas but this is very elegant and O would drink every evening. However I'm not sure how effective the calming aspect is, I've had teas that make me doze nicely but haven't felt a thing from these. So for that reason I find they are expensive for what they are.

High level taste and quality. Very fresh , no nasty bitterness or aftertaste. Improves sleep quality and relaxation. Part of my bedtime ritual. I would not be without it !Â
