On the face this is a great light oil that doesn't upset my temperamental skin. I love to add it to my morning smoothies, in the winter I get really dry flakey hands that no handcream can touch, since taking this daily I haven't had any issues!

This product is so great, I love the idea of something being so safe for my skin that I can ingest it too! I have been adding a few drops a day to herbal teas and I have noticed a great difference to my gut health, helping any hormonal acne! As it is an oil, It does sit on the top of the drink but don't be fooled you cannot taste a difference 

I love the idea of oil that can be used on food as well as on skin, so I was really excited to try this oil - it hasn’t disappointed! The oil doesn't taste of anything so it can be added to food or drinks for added nutrients without altering the taste. I've started adding it to my water each day and my skin does feel healthier - I have no doubt that I'll be able to see the benefits even more as I continue to use it!

Love the thought and idea of this oil being an 'in and out' oil therefore immediately after getting my hands on this I popped in all my drinks to see which drink worked best. My first thought is, bear in mind this is an oil so it will sit on top of most drinks. Nonetheless, the oil itself on the skin is lightweight and sinks in pretty quickly. I unfortunately don't use oil every day in my skincare routine to see a huge difference in my skin overall however this product is very pleasant to use. Would recommend it.

I've only been trying this for just over a week but so far, I'm sold. I have really dry, reactive, red, sensitive skin and it takes such a beating in the winter cold. I'm hesitant to add oils to my routine, due to my history of breaking out when them my skin, so I was really edger to try this and get hydrated from within! A week of taking it, my dry patches aren't as harsh, skin feels plumper and more hydrated (still have a little way to go) and my skin hasn't broken out at all! I've got in the habit of having as soon as I wake up, in a tall glass of water - you cannot taste it at all - I'm really excited to carry on monitoring the results

My skin is perpetually thirsty and dry and I need nourishing oils throughout the year but especially in the harsh Northern hemisphere winter. This oil is luxurious and nourishing and my skin is absolutely loving it. I also took it on holiday for some extra help after sun exposure. It took me a while to try the ingestion use but I am so glad I did. Super easy to incorporate into my existing supplements and I really noticed the benefits of 'inside/out' beauty after a couple of weeks.

This oil is a lovely formula and I mean the fact I can digest this makes me know that it must be good for my skin as well! I add this to my smoothies and tbh can beardly taste it, the taste is also not terrible so you can also add this under your tongue and swallow if smoothies are not for you :) I also like to apply to my body fresh out of the shower when my skin is still slightly wet as I find I absorb the moisture more!

I had never tried a face oil that you can either use topically or eat so when I saw this I was instantly intrigued. I've been taking 10 drops of this daily mixed in my water bottle and I swear it has massively helped with skin dryness. I also love applying a couple of drops directly on my skin at night time. All in all, I love it!

I am obsessed with this product, I'm on my third bottle! I add 10 drops of this to my morning smoothie every single day, I'm a huge fan of supplements to work in conjunction with my topical skincare. My skin feels plumper since using this, I've gotten my friends and family hooked on it as well. You can use on your salads as well - I'm a big believer in oils and the benefits they have for your skin when ingested! You can use this on your skin aswell and I have when my skin has been particularly parched, its a really lovely texture oil its not too 'greasy' or dry so it absorbs beautifully into the skin leaving you with a youthful glow. This is pricey, but its worth the splurge!
