Unique binders lock in pigment to ensure it won't crease, smudge or fade, keeping breakthrough oil (which can start to degrade your shadow application for that dreaded streaky look) at bay. Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator. Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone. Allow to for Shadow Insurance Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.

Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line apply a small amount of Shadow Insurance Primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush. Follow with eye shadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.
