Gives a wet look best applied with fingers imo probably the best highlighter compared to benefit or other’sÂ

This highlighter is gorgeous, and the shade would look stunning on everyone. Leaves a nice shimmer on the cheekbones, but I also like to use it on my eyelids. The packaging is beautiful and is quality. Overall, would recommend this highlighter to those who love sparkle.
