A modern spin on using a ball – typically a lacrosse ball – to pinpoint sites of muscle pain and offer a deep tissue massage, Theragun’s Wave Solo uses vibration to dampen the pain that accompanies digging deep into a muscle – allowing you the ecstasy without the agony.
Perfectly sized for massaging the arch of the foot, your hamstrings or knots in your back – anywhere that requires pinpoint pressure – the firm ball is great for ‘releasing’ taut muscles and ligaments, while the ‘QuietRoll Technology’ means you can do it at your desk *ahem* (any reverberation to the surrounding environment is muted, so all of the vibration gets directed to your body, where you need it). Difficult to use
This is a powerful little device but I have struggled using it. Maybe someone more nimble than I am could benefit from it.

Not a great gift
I took a risk and bought this for my partner for Christmas. Unfortunately, it got charged and played with once and was subsequently forgotten. I assume it's in the back of a cupboard now.

Fab little tool
Bought this for my teenage son to use himself on his sore back.  He uses it all the time.  Fits into your hand and can be used on legs, neck, back…. A nice little investmentÂ

Love it!
I bought this for my husband who gets a bad back from driving all day, this is so portable he can take it with him to use on his breaks. It is really helping to improve the frequency on aches and pains! I have used it myself on a few occasions after workouts and I love it too!Â

Impressive little tool
I bought this thinking it might soothe plantar fasciitis on my foot. It’s a neat gadget to have under my desk and pretty powerful at massaging. On the high setting it vibrates fiercely against the floor though so be aware of anyone in rooms below 😀

Great tool
I wasn’t too sure initially as I had some small massage tools before and they were nice but not great. But this one is powerful! It takes a bit to get used to it but it really shakes off tension from muscles and is great to roll underneath your back.  Well worth investigating!

Useful little thing
I bought this because I suffer from chronic pain which causes my muscles to tense up. My husband usually uses the full size theragun, on my muscles, but when he’s not around this is a good little substitute.

Palm Sized Power Player!
This device is nifty. It's palm sized so small enough to use all over and fits easily in to a gym bag - in case your May 2021 deadlift is a long way away from your Feb 2020. I have used this on my neck whilst sitting on the sofa, rolled around my knee joints to ease soreness, up and down my outer thigh for muscle tension and one of my favourite places to use it (just because it feels so nice) - my feet! I've also been suffering with my lower back recently so have been hooking it under the waistband of my gym tights while I cook in the evening so it can undo some of the damage of sitting down all day. I'd recommend to everyone!
