Product Description
Harnessing percussive therapy (basically ‘pummelling’ muscles to massage the tissue without a masseuse) to speed recovery and help to ease persistent pain, Theragun Prime is a simple solution to seamlessly upgrade your wellness routine.
A simplified option for those who are seeking a tool to alleviate tension and minimise soreness, Theragun Prime maintains all the power and efficacy of its souped-up Theragun cousins, with streamlined features – perfect for those who are new to the wellness phenomenon. Surprisingly quiet (but unsurprisingly effective), this has an ergonomic multi-grip, LED indicators and a customisable speed range that delivers up to 30lbs of no-stall force to minimise discomfort and enhance your circulation while remaining as quiet as an electric toothbrush! Providing up to 120 minutes of wireless power with four easy-to-clean attachments – from the Dampener(for tender or bony areas) to the Cone (for pinpoint muscle treatment, including hands and feet) – the companion app helps you tailor your Theragun experience to suit your needs, suggesting guided rituals to personalise and track your wellness journey.
1. To turn on the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button for two seconds on the button pad.
2. Press the up (^) and down (v) arrows to toggle between five preset speeds and adjust your treatment level.
3. To turn off the Prime, firmly press and hold the centre button on the button pad.
Connecting the Attachments: Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.
Reinventing the wellness space with advanced tech solutions, Theragun’s aim is to help you take charge of your physical wellbeing. The brainchild of Dr. Jason Wersland who sought a solution to ease his own, debilitating pain in the wake of a motorbike accident, Theragun’s ground-breaking tools are amassing a legion of die-hard disciples who’re hooked on the ache-easing powers of percussive therapy. Now used by over 250 professional sports teams, not to mention an ever-expanding list of physical therapists, trainers and action enthusiasts because of its incredible ability to minimise downtime and help take the edge off persistent discomfort, Theragun’s game-changing range will ensure you’re on top of your game.
